Edision Ping (linux)

Hi, I have the edision ping linux and I have an iptv private sub on my mag device. I asked my provider to change the device to edision and have supplied them with my MAC adress. Now when i try to setup stalker with the link, it doesnt load at all. Anyone can help me with this?

Stalker works fine
either you entered the wrong address or your provider incorrect Mac
What not work at the moment is xtream, but there will probably be a new sw for this problem today

Problem. Sie können die http/-Adresse nicht in das Ping-Box-Stalker-Programm eingeben, aber es speichert sie nicht. Nicht manuell oder von einem USB-Stick. Hat jemand eine Idee: Danke
